Please check if the notification is in your spam folder.
Your IT department may have blocked all emails from MEWA. In this case, please contact your IT department.

If you have checked both options, you can have your password reset and request to be notified again. To do this, click on "Forgotten your password?" on the login page.

You will find your customer number in the upper area next to your account name and in the customer portal under your company information.

You will also find your customer number on all letters and documents addressed to you from MEWA, including your contract confirmation and invoices.

Changes in the billing system may be visible in the customer portal with a time delay. If you still see your payment, please check the customer portal again tomorrow. 

Another possibility is that there are still open transactions in the billing system for the invoice.

Invoices

Invoicing is automatic and is carried out at the beginning of each calendar month.

Changes in the billing system may be visible in the customer portal with a time delay. If you still see your payment, please check the customer portal again tomorrow.

Is your invoice incorrect (total, parts etc.)? Please contact us. We need the invoice number to process your request.

If you have agreed with us to pay by direct debit, we will automatically offset credits with the next payment. If not, please deduct the value of the credit from the total amount of the invoice and indicate this on your bank transfer as follows: Intended use = invoice number + credit note number

Access and data

You will find your customer number in the upper area next to your account name and in the customer portal under your company information.

You will also find your customer number on all letters and documents addressed to you from MEWA, including your contract confirmation and invoices.

A contact person can be registered with several delivery points – each with a different contact email address. However, the login email address always remains the same for all delivery points. So the login only works with the initially specified email address.

As soon as you are logged in, you have access to all delivery points in the portal for which you are registered as a contact person.

The data stored at MEWA is used for utilising the customer portal. Our privacy policy and our policy on the handling of personal data apply. 

If you have had the email address for your customer portal login changed, access after the change will only be possible with the new e-mail address.

If you have a technical problem in the customer portal, you may be able to fix it with the following steps. Please check after each step to see if the problem still persists. Once the problem is solved, you do not need to carry out any further steps.

  • Update your web browser. Our customer portal works best with the latest versions of web browsers.
  • Use a different web browser. This will help you determine if the problem is specific to a particular browser.
  • Disable toolbars or add-ons that have not been pre-installed with your web browser. Some browser add-ons or extensions may affect the performance of the customer portal. If disabling your add-ons fixes the problem, turn them back on one by one to see which add-on caused the problem. Learn how to manage your add-ons for Internet Explorer, Chrome or Firefox.
  • Clear your browser cache and delete your MEWA-related cookies. Learn how to clear your cache for Internet Explorer, Chrome, Safari and Firefox.

What should I know before I delete my browser's cache or cookies?

Deleting your cookies may cause you to lose other information stored in your browser, such as saved passwords and login information. You might want to store this information elsewhere before deleting it.

Clearing the cache should not affect stored important data.
